Simply Creative
Creativity is an essential quality, with which we are born, in fact, we are all born out of an act of creativity,
We will playfully embark upon a course towards reaching our creative potential. Everyone has untapped potential in some creative field.
Along the way, it might be necessary to identify and still the influences from the past, that kept us caught up in fears about what others think
Playfulness, is an important quality to harness, because, the ego finds it hard to be playful, to be spontaneous, to go wider than the restrictions of the conditioned mind, Meditation techniques, will be used, to bring into balance the right-brain and left-brain hemispheres in a state of bilateral alignment,
Benefits of Creativity:
* Creativity frees up the energy flow for problem solving by going beyond the mental structures that confine our scope. It reduces stress and anxiety
* Creativity encourages us to be learners
* Creativity can link us to others with the same passion
* It improves the ability to focus
* Creativity leads to a sense of accomplishment
* And maybe more importantly, creativity infuses life with a different sort of depth and richness.
“To be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative only if you love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you want to bring a little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a little more dance to it.” (O

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Creativity could be seen as the dance between the known and the unknown, the process between conception and manifestation. It is a way turning new and imaginative ideas into reality.
It is through such a dance that everything that is new emerges. This dance, however, is something that is sadly lacking in the education system of our schools, in fact, according to the opinion of Ken Robinson, an internationally renowned speaker on education, creativity is something that is educated out of us. No school in the world gives as much priority to dance as is does to mathematics, for example. Subjects are specified, not according to what we are good at, but what could be useful, in terms of our future careers.
He says, “Many highly talented, brilliant, creative people think they’re not — because the thing they were good at in school wasn’t valued, or was actually stigmatized.”
Creativity calls upon not only our thoughts, but also our emotions, intuition and sense of knowing. The holding back of emotions, such as anger, shame and fear, especially the fear of being wrong, sometimes stifles our creativity.
One thing that prevents us from giving primary emphasis to the perception of what is new and different is that we are afraid of making mistakes. From early childhood, we are taught to maintain an image of perfection. Every mistake gives the impression that we are inferior sorts of beings, who will therefore, in some way, be in danger, not to be fully accepted by others.
This is very unfortunate, as all learning involves trying something and seeing what develops out of it.
