In this process we focus on bringing our present problems, difficulties and misunderstandings back to the source of the wounds which keep us stuck. These unhealed wounds deeply damage how we feel about ourselves. If left in the dark they become a barrier to any intimacy and success in our lives.
The first step towards finally letting go of these wounds is to acknowledge to yourself and others that you have been hurt. To be able to embrace this wounded child inside with love no matter what you have been told about yourself. In an atmosphere of safety and responsible love you will go back into your childhood and unravel painful memories. related to the teenage years In this setting you will spend time as a child feeling the support and understanding that you always wanted and still long for. In the light of compassion, these painful experiences become the seeds of self-worth, the space to relax inside and the opening to meditation.
